Q: How long do Hair Extensions stay in?

A: Our Hair Extensions will stay in until you pull them out. Keep them in for months if you like.

Q: Can I use heat to style my Hair Extensions?

A: All of our extensions can be heated including our synthetic extensions up to 200 degrees.

Q: When can I expect my order to be shipped?

A: We send all orders out the same or next business day. Please allow 6 to 14 business days for delivery.

Q: Do you sell to salons? What are your wholesale prices?

A: Absolutely we do. Email: CustomerService@HairExtensions-OnlineStore.com with your inquiry and we'll send you information on how to order in bulk.

Q: The video shows how easy it is to put the extensions in and take them off, but what about how to take the quick links out?

A: Because there is no gluing or crimping required, the tiny rubber link will slide right off your hair when you remove your strands.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
